'Deadpool' & 'Deadpool 2' Arrive on Disney+ As MCU Rumors Swirl

The Deadpool movies are coming to Disney+!

It was just announced that the R-rated films, starring Ryan Reynolds, featuring Marvel’s anti-hero will be dropping on the streaming service.

In addition to Deadpool, the X-Men spinoff Logan, starring Hugh Jackman as Logan/Wolverine, is also being added to Disney+.

Since all three movies are rated R, they will of course be subject to the updated parental controls on the streamer, and subscribers are “invited to revisit their parental controls settings to ensure a viewing experience most suitable for them and their family.”

The Deadpool additions come as rumors are swirling that the character is officially joining the MCU, and after he was included in the queuing area (via Insider) at the new Avengers Assemble: Flight Force attraction at Disneyland Paris’ Avengers Campus.

A third Deadpool movie is currently in the works with Shawn Levy as director and Ryan starring, of course. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are back to write the scripts as well, with no release date set at this time.
