'Claim to Fame' - Here Are All of the Clues Revealed Before Season Finale!

Louise is actually Adria Biles (Louise is her middle name), and her celebrity relative is her sister, one of the most decorated US gymnasts in Olympic history – Simone Biles, who recently received another huge honor.

Her identity was revealed to the remaining contestants in episode eight. Logan correctly guessed who she is related to!
