Superman & Lois has found it’s new Jonathan Kent!

It was just announced that Australian actor Michael Bishop has been cast in the role on the CW series’ upcoming third season, Deadline reveals.

Michael‘s casting comes just ahead of Superman & Lois kicking off filming for season three, and just three weeks after it was revealed that Jordan Elsass would not be returning to the role.

As a refresher, Jonathan Kent is the oldest son of Superman’s Clark Kent and Lois Lane, and last season, he assumed the role of Bizarro Jonathan in the parallel Earth.

The upcoming third season of Superman & Lois will premiere on The CW in 2023.
