Disney Announces Avengers Campus at Disneyland Is Expanding, Adding New Ride!
Disney CEO Bob Chapek just announced some huge Disneyland news on Friday (September 9) at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, Calif.
The executive revealed that the Avengers Campus land in Disney California Adventure is expanding, and they will be adding a third ride!
Bob didn’t divulge too many details, as they are saving those for the A Boundless Future: Disney Parks, Experiences and Products presentation taking place on Sunday morning (September 11).

“The Marvel team continues to expand its Cinematic Universe, and Avengers Campus is going to grow right along with it,” Bob said at the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony. “So today, I’m excited to announce that the Avengers Campus at Disney’s California Adventure is going deeper into the Multiverse.”
“To do that, we are expanding Avengers Campus—and the heart of this new area will be a sensational new attraction,” he added. “Guests will battle alongside super heroes and against villains from anywhere – and there might even be some you aren’t aware exist, yet!”
Now, you may be wondering where in the world they will be expanding Avengers Campus…
Well, hardcore Disney fans may recall that they did hint that a third ride would be coming at some point.
The location of this expansion and third ride? Where the Quinjet is located!
Fans have pointed out on social media that façade where the Quinjet is, there will be a show building built behind it, housing the new attraction, and the entrance will be location below the jet.
