OlderElle Fanning Dazzles at the Emmys In Gown Designed By 'The Great' Costume Designer!
Elle Fanning dons a strapless black gown while arriving for the 2022 Emmy Awards held at Microsoft Theater on Monday (September 12) in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actress is in attendance as a first time nominee this year!
She is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her work in her Hulu series The Great. She is up against Rachel Brosnahan, Quinta Brunson, Kaley Cuoco, Issa Rae and Jean Smart for the award.
Her co-star Nicholas Hoult is also nominated in the Lead Actor category, and he’s a first time nominee as well.
For her red carpet look, she was inspired by the 50s when costume designers would design dresses for actresses. Her dress was designed by The Great costume designer Sharon Long, who just won an Emmy for her work on the show!
The 2022 Emmys are airing TONIGHT at 8pm ET/PT on NBC and Peacock.
