August Maturo Lands New Role on Upcoming Anthology Series 'Accused'

August Maturo has an exciting new role!

The now 15-year-old Girl Meets World actor will be starring alongside Rachel Bilson, Jack Davenport and Reid Miller in an episode of the upcoming anthology series Accused, Deadline reports.

The upcoming anthology series comes from Homeland‘s Howard Gordon, and is “based on the BBC’s BAFTA-winning crime anthology, in which each episode opens in a courtroom on the accused without knowing their crime or how they ended up on trial, the drama is told from the defendant’s point of view.

In Accused, viewers discover how an ordinary person got caught up in an extraordinary situation, ultimately revealing how one wrong turn leads to another, until it’s too late to turn back.”

August‘s episode is about a family caught in a troubling situation.

Other stars set to appear in episodes include Margo Martindale, Ian Anthony Dale, Oakes Fegley, Abigail Breslin, Aisha Dee, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Rhea Perlman, and more!

The series is set to premiere in January.
