Richard Harmon Returns to The CW, Joins 'The Flash' Final Season

Richard Harmon is heading back to The CW for a new role!

The former The 100 star has joined the season nine cast of The Flash, according to Deadline.

“If you need me I’ll be in Central City. Already had my first day with these incredibly welcoming humans and am looking forward to more. #Flash,” the actor shared on Instagram.

Richard will recur as Owen Mercer/Captain Boomerang in the show’s final season.

According to The CW, he is a “comic book favorite, a new post-Crisis Captain Boomerang has recently been released from Iron Heights with a chip on his shoulder. But the twinkle in his eye disguises a dangerous and violent threat to Central City.”

If you remember, Nick Tarabay played a different version of Captain Boomerang, Digger Harkness on Arrow, but was killed off. He now plays Eclipso on DC Stargirl.

Recently, Richard was seen in Netflix’s FAKES series, as well as the movie Margaux.
