The 19-year-old “drivers license” superstar got ready for the spooky holiday as the classic cartoon character Betty Boop for Kendall Jenner‘s 818 Tequila Halloween party on Saturday evening (October 29) in Los Angeles.

Olivia gave photographers a smile in the cartoon character’s signature curly hair look and a red dress as she made her way into the event.
