Louis Partridge Films New Series 'Disclaimer' In Italy After 'Enola Holmes 2' Release

Louis Partridge hops on a gondola while filming his upcoming new series Disclaimer on Tuesday (November 8) in Venice, Italy.

The 19-year-old actor was seen filming with co-star Liv Hill, as well as director and executive producer Alfonso Cuarón.

Louis is set to play Jonathan Brigstocke, “a teenager on his gap year traveling through Italy who allows himself to give in to his deeper desires with unexpected consequences,” according to Variety. No word on Liv‘s character.

Disclaimer stars Cate Blanchett as Catherine Ravenscroft, a successful and respected television documentary journalist whose work has been built on revealing the concealed transgressions of long-respected institutions. When an intriguing novel written by a widower (Kevin Kline) appears on her bedside table, she is horrified to realize she is a key character in a story that she had hoped was long buried in the past. A story that reveals her darkest secret. A secret she thought was hers alone.

The psychological thriller is based on the novel of the same name by Renee Knight, and will also star Sacha Baron Cohen, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Hoyeon. In addition to directing and executive producing, Alfonso is also a writer on the series.

Disclaimer will debut on Apple TV+.
