Danielle Panabaker to Direct One More Time on 'The Flash' for Final Season
Danielle Panabaker sat in the director’s chair for one final time on The Flash!
The 35-year-old actress, who plays Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost on The CW series, recently revealed she’s directing an upcoming episode during the final season.
This is the fifth time Danielle will have directed an episode, following doing an episode in each season since season five.

“Today is the first day of pre-production for season nine, episode nine, and it is the last episode of The Flash that I will direct,” she shared in an Instagram video. “I’m so excited to direct this episode. I am just filled with so much gratitude for getting to do this for a fifth and final time on our show.”
“This script in particular is huge,” she teased. “I can’t wait to bring it to life. I’m so grateful to get to do this with everyone who works on the show one last time, and I hope you guys enjoy.”
A week later, she shared a couple of photos, writing, “Spent the last week jumping head first into my role on the other side of the camera, as a director. Always learning, always growing and forever grateful to do this with our incredible @cwtheflash family!”
As she said, Danielle is directing the ninth episode of the final season, which will consist of a shortened, 13 episodes. Just a couple more episodes left to film!
