Former vine star and singer Aaron Carpenter shared the exciting news on New Year’s Day (January 1) that he proposed to his girlfriend Connar Franklin.

Connar also shared additional photos celebrating the big news with friends and showing off her ring!

Aaron and Connar‘s longtime BFF Selena Gomez also shared a post on her account congratulating the couple.

“Congratulations to some of my favorite people on this earth. Took you guys long enough! 💍,” she wrote.

The pair have been together for over four years and seemingly met on New Year’s Eve 2017, based on a past post from her.
