Joey King & Zac Star In First Look at 'A Family Affair,' Release Date Revealed

The first official look at Joey King‘s upcoming new rom-com A Family Affair has been revealed!

Netflix dropped the photo on Wednesday (January 18), while announcing their 2023 film slate.

Also featured in the pic are of course, her co-stars Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman, who plays Joey‘s mom!

The streamer also unveiled when the new movie will debut.

Here’s a short synopsis: A surprising romance kicks off comic consequences for a young woman, her mother and her movie star boss as they face the complications of love, sex, and identity.

Joey‘s real life friend Liza Koshy and Kathy Bates also star.

A Family Affair has been set to premiere November 17th on Netflix. Check out photos from the set of the movie last year.

If you didn’t know, Joey and Liza also co-star on the Disney Channel animated series Hamster & Gretel, which recently received a second season renewal!

Also coming up for Joey is the Hulu limited series We Were the Lucky Ones and the movie adaptation of Uglies for Netflix.
