Nolan Gould & Abigail Breslin Premiere New Movie 'Miranda's Victim' at Santa Barbara Film Festival

Nolan Gould looks handsome in a black suit while hitting the carpet at the premiere of his new movie Miranda’s Victim held at The Arlington Theatre on Wednesday (February 8) in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The 24-year-old former Modern Family star’s premiere was held during the 2023 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

Also in attendance was his co-stars, newlyweds Abigail Breslin with husband Ira Kunyansky, Emily VanCamp, Josh Bowman, Ryan Phillippe, Mireille Enos, Luke Wilson, Andy Garcia, Sebastian Quinn and Enrique Murciano, as well as director Michelle Danner.

According to Deadline, the upcoming movie centers on “Trish Weir (Breslin), who in 1963 was kidnapped and brutally raped by Ernesto Miranda (Quinn). Committed to putting her assailant in prison, Trish’s life is destroyed by America’s legal system as she triggers a law that transforms the nation. Her case notably results in the establishment of the Miranda rights afforded to criminal suspects taken in police custody, to ensure the admissibility of statements made during interrogation, as part of subsequent criminal proceedings.”

The upcoming movie, which tells a true story, is set to be released later this year.
