Disney+ Teases 'Doogie Kamealoha, MD' Love Triangle In First Season 2 Teaser - Watch Now!

We are getting our first look at the upcoming second season of Doogie Kamealoha, MD!

The Disney+ series is set to return “soon” and the streamer just revealed a little teaser of what’s to come.

Most notably, we see a new love triangle between Peyton Elizabeth Lee‘s Lahela and Alex Aiono‘s Walter, as well as series newcomer Milo Manheim‘s Nico.

We also get a glimpse at Jason Scott Lee, Emma Meisel and Matt Sato.

If you missed it, Milo joined the show in a recurring role as Nico, a street smart teen who has been in and out of hospitals for years and lives life on the edge.

Filming took place last summer in Oahu, Hawaii.
