Netflix has unveiled the trailer for the upcoming reunion movie special, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, bringing back some familiar faces from the first couple of sets of Rangers.

In the trailer, it’s revealed that longtime villain Rita Repulsa is back and she killed Yellow Ranger/Trina Kwan, so the team is off to avenge the death of one of their own.
Thuy Trang, who portrayed Trina in the original series, passed away in 2001 in a tragic car accident.
Here’s a synopsis: Thirty years after the wise and powerful Zordon formed the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, the team comes face to face with a familiar threat from the past. In the midst of a global crisis, they are called on once again to be the heroes the world needs. Inspired by the legendary mantra from the franchise “Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger,” Once & Always reminds everyone when you become a Ranger, you are always a part of the Ranger family and always welcome.
Returning cast members include David Yost as Billy Cranston/Blue Ranger, Walter E Jones as Zack Taylor/Black Ranger, Steve Cardenas as Rocky DeSantos/Red Ranger, Catherine Sutherland as Kat Hillard/Pink Ranger, Karan Ashley as Aisha Campbell/Yellow Ranger, Johnny Yong Bosch as Adam Park/Black Ranger, Barbara Gordon as the voice of Rita Repulsa, and Richard Horvitz as the voice of Alpha.
Charlie Kersh joins the cast as Minh, the daughter of Trini Kwan.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always is set to debut on April 19th on Netflix.
