Anna Cathcart Reveals Advice She Got From Sisters Lana Condor & Janel Parrish

Anna Cathcart is opening up about her To All the Boys co-stars Lana Condor and Janel Parrish.

The trio of course portray the Song Covey sisters in the Netflix movie franchise.

In a new interview, Anna shared the advice that her sisters gave her ahead of taking the lead in her own spinoff project.

Keep reading to find out what they told her…

“Something that both Lana and Janelle value a lot and taught me more of is that it can be very hard to have what you need and what is good for your health and mental health while acting,” she told Teen Vogue. “It’s so easy to get into that mindset of working super hard and doing what you need to do. There’s truth to that, too, but they gave me a lot of advice on boundaries and learning how to stand up for myself. I definitely take it to heart and try to implement it, for sure. I think there are many moments where I will try and speak up.”

Anna continued, “It’s amazing that I’ve had these role models for so long. They’re role models as actors and in my career, but also just as people. I gained two big sisters and I’m literally so grateful for that. All of our memories mean so much to me.”

She also shared that Noah Centineo reached out to her as well, saying “that he was always here for me.” AWWW!

Anna will of course be reprising her To All The Boys role, Kitty Song Covey, for her own spinoff series, XO, Kitty. Check out the trailer HERE and learn about all the new characters HERE!
