Brice Gonzalez Helps Inspire Flamin' Hot Cheeto in 'Flamin' Hot' Trailer - Watch Now!

Brice Gonzalez eats a spicy elote in the trailer for his upcoming movie Flamin’ Hot!

The young Lopez vs Lopez actor and TikTok star makes his feature film debut in the movie, which tells the story of how the Flamin’ Hot Cheeto came about.

“Ow ow ow ow ow!” he exclaims after taking a bite. “It burns!”

When told to stop eating it if it burns, he replies, “No, I like it. It burns good.”

This then inspired the idea for the Flamin’ Hot Cheeto.

Flamin’ Hot is the inspiring true story of Richard Montañez (Jesse Garcia), the Frito Lay janitor who channeled his Mexican American heritage and upbringing to turn the iconic Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a snack that disrupted the food industry and became a global pop culture phenomenon.

Also starring in the movie are Annie Gonzalez, Dennis Haysbert, Emilio Rivera, Tony Shalhoub, Matt Walsh, Pepe Serna, Bobby Soto, Jimmy Gonzales, Vanessa Martinez, Fabian Alomar, Mario Ponce and Hunter Jones.

The directorial debut of Eva Longoria, Flamin’ Hot will debut June 9th on both Hulu and Disney+!
