Freeform Reveals New Artwork & Teaser Clips For Their First Original Animated Series 'Praise Petey'
Freeform is sharing a sneak peek at their upcoming new series Praise Petey!
The upcoming comedy is the first original animated series from the network, and comes from creator, writer and executive producer Anna Drezen.

Here’s a synopsis: Petey, a New York City “it” girl, has it all until her life comes crashing down around her. As luck would have it, a mysterious gift from her father gives her a new lease on life: She’s going to “lean into” modernizing his small-town cult.
The series stars Annie Murphy as Petey; John Cho as Bandit; Kiersey Clemons as Eliza; Stephen Root as Petey’s Dad; Amy Hill as Mae Mae; and Christine Baranski as White St. Barts.
King of the Hill and Beavis and Butt-Head creator Mike Judge will be producing alongside Greg Daniels and Dustin Davis, through their company Bandera Entertainment. Disney Television Studios’ 20th Television Animation also produces, with animation by ShadowMachine.
Praise Petey will premiere on Friday, July 21st at 10pm ET/PT with two back-to-back episodes each week on Freeform.
