The 21-year-old Shameless star was joined by Bates Model star Freddie Highmore and Glee‘s Chris Colfer.
Cameron was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy, while Freddie was up for Best Actor in a Drama.
“So glad the award for best supporting actor in a comedy went to someone funny. Congrats, TJ Miller. #WellDeserved #CriticsChoice,” Cameron graciously tweeted after he lost.
