The 29-year-old actor is in town for the 2015 Sundance Film Festival and he was spotted arriving at the airport earlier in the day with his snowboard gear in hand.

Tye Sheridan is dressy casual while attending The Hollywood Reporter & HFPA’s Next Gen Cocktail Party at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 23) at Main & Sky Rooftop Lounge in Park City, Utah.
The event was filled with tons of young talent, including Brie Larson, Me & Earl & the Dying Girl co-stars Olivia Cooke and Thomas Mann, The Grand Budapest Hotel‘s Tony Revolori, The Diary of a Teenage Girl‘s Bel Powley, and Unexpected‘s Gail Bean.
It was just announced that Tye will be playing the role of young Cyclops in the upcoming movie X-Men: Apocalypse and the role’s older counterpart James Marsden has given him his blessing to play the part!
“I think he’s a wonderfully talented actor who blew me away in Mud and that movie, I’ve never seen a kid that young be that present and that powerful, so I think he’s a perfect fit and I congratulate him,” James told HitFix.

Brittany Snow looks super chic in her LBD while hosting the Lipton Sparkling Iced Tea launch party held during the 2015 Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 23) in Park City, Utah.
The 28-year-old Pitch Perfect actress was joined at the event by the band American Authors, who gave a fun performance at the party.
Lipton will be debuting a new campaign in March to highlight the brand’s “Be More Tea” philosophy and the TV spot will feature American Authors remaking the classic song “Tiny Bubbles.” The brand is hosting us at Sundance this year and we got the chance to watch the band perform the song at the launch party. The 18-year-old actress joined her cast mates Avan Jogia, Ethan Hawke and Emilie Hirsch around the annual event, where they all stopped by the Village at the Lift Presented by McDonald’s McCafe and swung by the ChefDance Media Lounge.

Asa Butterfield, who also stars in the film, tweeted about not being able to make it to the fest.
“I wish I could be at Sundance to share Ten Thousand Saints with you guys, it’s an incredible film and I’m so privileged to be a part of it,” he wrote. “Sadly College, exams and a busy year ahead make it hard to do these things, until next time #10ksaints.”
