Some of JJJ‘s favorites were winners at 2016 MTV EMAs last night in Rotterdam, Netherlands!
Justin Bieber took home the awards for Best Song for “Sorry” and Biggest Fans, while Shawn Mendes nabbed Best Male Artist and Fifth Harmony won Best Pop Act.
Tons of celebs were in attendance too, including DNCE, Jaden Smith, and Nina Dobrev.

The 27-year-old actress was joined by Jaden Smith, Charli XCX, Jourdan Dunn, Winnie Harlow, and G-Eazy.

The 18-year-old singer was joined by DNCE, Jack & Jack, Martin Garrix, and Zara Larsson.
Shawn will be taking the stage during the show for a performance, as well as DNCE, Martin, and Zara.
He is also nominated for Best Male Artist, Best Pop Artist, and Biggest Fans, which went to Justin Bieber. DNCE is up for Best Push Artist and Best New Artist. Martin is up for Best World Stage and Best Electronic Artist. Zara is up for Best New Artist.

The full list of the 2016 MTV EMA nominees was released today. Shawn will be battling Justin Bieber, Drake, Calvin Harris and The Weeknd for “Best Male”. He’s also nominated for “Best Canadian Act” and “Biggest Fans”. In the most competitive category, “Best Pop”, Shawn goes up against Justin, Ariana Grande, Fifth Harmony, Rihanna and Selena Gomez!
Justin and Beyonce lead with five nominations each!
