Moana's Auli'i Cravalho is Doing Just Fine After a Flag Bumped Her Head at The Oscars

Auli’i Cravalho is still living in a dream.

Just a few days ago, the Moana star hit the stage to perform at the 2017 Academy Awards and pretty much blew everyone away — and some just couldn’t get over how she got bumped on the head by one of the flags.

But that wasn’t going to bother her one bit.

Auli’i posted a new pic to her Instagram this week, giving a shout out to all the dancers involved in the performance and when one of the comments asked about the flag bump, she had the best response to it.

“Hahahaha, my head is fine!!” Auli’i wrote. “It was a good little bonk that reminded me the night wasn’t just a dream.”

Demi Lovato is Giving Us Serious Vintage Miley Cyrus Feels

Demi Lovato is Giving Us Serious Vintage Miley Cyrus Feels

When Demi Lovato stepped on the red carpet for the 2017 Vanity Fair Oscars Party, she looked like a princess.

Her periwinkle, ruffled floor-length Monique Lhuillier gown was totally gorgeous from every angle.

Her hair was perfect, her makeup was perfect, and one amazing fan noticed there was something else was on point about her dreamy look: It’s giving off serious Miley Cyrus vibes.

How so?

Well, if you look at Demi‘s gown side-by-side with the one Ronnie Miller (aka Miley in 2010′s The Last Song) wore in the wedding scene, it’s crazy similar!

PS: Let’s all take a moment to appreciate Miley first met now-fianc Liam Hemsworth for the first time on the set of that movie, giving us so many Miam moments to talk about!

The only thing Demi needs to add to the dress is a belt and — BAM! — she nailed the look.

What does the blue ribbon stand for?

It’s to show her support for the American Civil Liberties Union.

We woke up still scratching our heads over what went wrong last night during the Best Picture presentation at the 2017 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood.

Actors Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway presented the award to La La Land – but it turns out they had the wrong envelope and Moonlight actually won.

When the La La Land cast and crew were informed, producer Jordan Horowitz told the Moonlight folks to come up on stage because they were actually the winners.

It was a bizarre moment and one that had everyone asking – what happened with the envelopes? Did Warren have the wrong one? Was there a mix-up?

The accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (also known as PwC) who is in charge of tallying the votes and giving out the envelopes, eventually took responsibility.

“The presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and when discovered, was immediately corrected,” the company tweeted. “We are currently investigating how this could have happened, and deeply regret that this occurred.
