Hailey will be hosting the night’s ceremony alongside co-host DJ Khaled.
Hailey was spotted one day prior (March 10) grabbing dinner with a friend in West Hollywood, Calif.
“I’m nervous about how calm I am. I’ve been watching past iHearts and trying to get spiffy with the prompter reading,” Hailey told People. Good luck tonight!

Johnny was also joined by his little sister Lauren as they walked the carpet.
On the way to the event, Johnny took to his Instagram Story to share a funny video trying to Mackenzie‘s jewelry.
“Can I have my ring back?” Mackenzie can be heard saying as Johnny shows off the jewels.
