We only have a few more days until we’re two months away from A Wrinkle In Time‘s premiere!
Star Storm Reid has opened up about the film and her character, Meg Murry, with USA Today.
“Meg is very timid and just doesn’t feel like she’s worthy. She doesn’t really have any self-love,” Storm shares. “She’s doubting herself and obviously very scared – I would be scared, too.”
Throughout the film though, where she gets to met the kind Mrs. Which (Oprah Winfrey), the wise Mrs. Who (Mindy Kaling) and the grandmotherly Mrs. Whatsit (Reese Witherspoon), she finds herself.
“She becomes one with the light in the universe to be able to connect with her father and becomes a better Meg to be able to save the world.”
A Wrinkle in Time is out in theaters on March 9th.
Storm Reid keeps it super cute at Lupus LA’s 15th Annual Hollywood Bag Ladies Luncheon held at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Friday (November 17).
The young actress hit the event just after a brand new poster for her new movie, A Wrinkle in Time, debuted, and before a brand new trailer!
The new trailer will debut during the 2017 American Music Awards this weekend.
A Wrinkle in Time takes audiences across dimensions of time and space, examining the nature of darkness versus light and, ultimately, the triumph of love. Through one girl’s transformative journey led by three celestial guides, we discover that strength comes from embracing one’s individuality and that the best way to triumph over fear is to travel by one’s own light.
Storm Reid and Levi Miller huddle together in the middle of a storm in the first teaser trailer for A Wrinkle in Time.
The movie is based on Madeleine L’Engle’s classic novel that takes Meg Murry, her brilliant brother Charles Wallace and their friend Calvin on an unexpected journey into alternate dimensions on a mission to bring home their father.
