Aly and AJ are imagined as golden age singers in the video.
“We wrote this song in 2017 when the Harvey Weinstein story broke as an ode to the #MeToo movement,” the singing sisters shared about the track. “We felt we needed to write a revenge song for the innocent victims of Hollywood’s abusers.”
The sisters shared the news on Instagram that their pup Roadie had passed away overnight.
“Our sweet lil angel Roadie went to heaven in the middle of the night as we slept on the bus from Memphis to Dallas,” Aly wrote on Instagram. “AJ & I are beyond devastated that we couldn’t kiss her one last time and tell her she was a good girl, but we will hold onto the 12.5 years of memories we had with her. She was in the tender care of nurses who were monitoring her vitals through the evening & kept us up to date on her condition. Mama Michalka has been watching her the whole time we’ve been on tour and it’s given us peace knowing that just before yesterday she was happily running through the grass and snuggling with the rest of the pack on the ranch.”
“Sweet funny Roadie Roadster you were a legendary spirit who was never in a bad mood despite your abundance of health issues,” she continued. “Thank you for bringing our family so much joy. And thank you AJ for giving her such a safe & loving home these past 4 years with you & Willow. Rest In Peace with the rest of Gods creatures xoxo”

AJ Michalka and Aly Michalka stun in this new pic following their appearance on Build Series in New York City earlier this week.
The two sisters stopped by the program to chat about their new EP and music, just ahead of AJ stepping out for the 2019 ABC Walt Disney Television Upfronts held at Tavern on the Green on Tuesday night (May 14).
“Yesterday was a complete blur but I got this nerd by my side 🖤 ny-nj-ny,” AJ shared on Instagram to Aly after a very busy day that ended with a concert.

FYI: AJ wore a Charles & Keith clutch to the Upfronts.
The musical sisters – Aly Michalka and AJ Michalka – shared the EP, featuring five songs, with fans on Friday (May 10).
In addition, they debuted their new music video for “Don’t Go Changing,” directed by Alex Ross Perry and shot in New York with Kodak’s 16mm motion picture film.
With their new EP, Aly & AJ touch on themes that push the boundaries of pop, moving past break-ups and focusing on stories of identity, self-reflection, and social consciousness, tucking their signature flair for romance and heartbreak on a shelf.
“Shows are a sanctuary for our fans,” Aly said. “We find a lot of peace and healing comes with talking to them while on tour. Hearing their stories about how they came to our music or how it impacted their life – it really touched us and we wanted to give something back.”

Check out Aly & AJ‘s brand-new song “Don’t Go Changing!”
The sisters – Aly and AJ Michalka – released the track on Friday (April 26).
“Don’t Go Changing” is the second song from their upcoming five-track EP Sanctuary, due out on May 10.
Driven by a booming kick drum, a catchy chorus, and ’80s pop vibes, “Don’t Go Changing” is a danceable plea for things to stay the same.
Aly & AJ will be joining forces with Alex Ross Perry again for the visual, which will be taking place in New York to spotlight the contrasts between the two coasts. The video for their lead single “Church” was shot in Los Angeles.
Aly & AJ have also planned a cross-country tour. They are teaming up with The Trevor Project by bringing donation bins and awareness booths to every tour date to shine a light on the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people.
