Alan Bersten is all hot and sweaty after his run at Fryman Canyon on Wednesday afternoon (August 19) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old Dancing With The Stars pro dancer was joined by his trainer Wesley.

“We just did Fryman Canyon, twice, running it, and it is a hot day,” Alan said in an Instagram story after their workout. “But we’re getting ready for the season. Guys, I’m so excited to be back!”

The day before, it was announced that Alan was returning to the ballroom, along with many other fan favorite dancers. Find out all the pros that are coming back!

“Words can’t describe how excited I am to be back in the @dancingabc ballroom! I’ve missed it so much! 🕺🏼 and a HUGE congratulations to my amazing friend @brittbenae I’m so proud of you!! You have worked so hard for this and I can’t wait to see you shine! Also a huge congrats to @daniellakaragach you are incredible and I can’t wait to see you kill it,” Alan said on Instagram.

“Urghhhh I’m just so excited!! Also a big congrats to everyone else on the show! Let’s make a season that will be unforgettable ❤️,” he added.

Season 29 of Dancing With The Stars will premiere on Monday, September 14th, with new host Tyra Banks!

Dancing With The Stars has revealed the pro dancers for the upcoming 29th season!!

The new season will premiere on September 14th with new host Tyra Banks, who will be the sole host, taking over for Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews.

Sharna Burgess is returning to the ballroom after being shocked she wasn’t going to be back last season, after winning season 27 with Bobby Bones.

Making their debuts as pro dance partners are Britt Stewart and Daniella Karagach, who have danced as part of the troupe in previous seasons.

Notably not returning to the dance floor this season are pros Witney Carson and Lindsay Arnold, who are BOTH currently pregnant with their first child.

Keke Palmer is pretty in blue while singing “Zero To Hero” on the Disney Family Singalong Volume II on Sunday night (May 10).

The 26-year-old entertainer and host was joined by a group of Dancing With The Stars pro dancers for the performance of the track from Hercules, which is being made into a live action film.

Dancers in the video include Lindsay Arnold, Alan Bersten, Witney Carson, Val Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Farber, Jenna Johnson, and Emma Slater.

Ally Brooke heads into the studio for another day of rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars on Thursday (August 29) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old singer joined fellow celeb Kel Mitchell and pros Witney Carson, Alan Bersten and Brandon Armstrong at the studio to get in some practice ahead of the new season starting.

In a recent interview with ET, Ally opened up about hoping to do as well as Normani did on the show. If you recall, Normani was paired with Val Chmerkovskiy in season 24.

“Obviously [Normani's] experience on the show, being there was amazing. She had the most incredible time. And she, girl, is like a whole other level. She is so amazing and so talented. She did unbelievable,” Ally says.

She continued, “So I hope I can do the same and I’m ready to go out there. It’s gonna be a different experience, definitely a challenge for me. I don’t have a big dancing background, but this is going to be so much fun y’all. I’m very excited.”

Love was in the for the Dancing With The Stars cast this weekend!

Tons of dancers came to show their support for Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson as they walked down the aisle, including pro Alan Bernsten.

After the celebration, Alan took to his Instagram to joke about being single and share some cute solo photo booth pics.

“Another wedding, another photo booth alone 😂 congrats @dance10jenna and @valentin I love you both so much!” Alan captioned the pics, where he can be seen carrying a bouquet.

Alan was most recently linked to his DWTS partner Alexis Ren but the pair have gone their separate ways.
