AJ Michalka and Aly Michalka stun in this new pic following their appearance on Build Series in New York City earlier this week.
The two sisters stopped by the program to chat about their new EP and music, just ahead of AJ stepping out for the 2019 ABC Walt Disney Television Upfronts held at Tavern on the Green on Tuesday night (May 14).
“Yesterday was a complete blur but I got this nerd by my side đź–¤ ny-nj-ny,” AJ shared on Instagram to Aly after a very busy day that ended with a concert.

FYI: AJ wore a Charles & Keith clutch to the Upfronts.
The musical sisters – Aly Michalka and AJ Michalka – shared the EP, featuring five songs, with fans on Friday (May 10).
In addition, they debuted their new music video for “Don’t Go Changing,” directed by Alex Ross Perry and shot in New York with Kodak’s 16mm motion picture film.
With their new EP, Aly & AJ touch on themes that push the boundaries of pop, moving past break-ups and focusing on stories of identity, self-reflection, and social consciousness, tucking their signature flair for romance and heartbreak on a shelf.
“Shows are a sanctuary for our fans,” Aly said. “We find a lot of peace and healing comes with talking to them while on tour. Hearing their stories about how they came to our music or how it impacted their life – it really touched us and we wanted to give something back.”
