The residents of Lakeview, and the real world, will be back on our screens!

It was just announced on Wednesday (May 11) that the hit series Upload has been renewed for a third season on Prime Video.

The Robbie Amell-led sci-fi show is set in a technologically advanced future where hologram phones, 3D food printers and automated grocery stores are the norm. Most uniquely, humans can choose to be “uploaded” into a virtual afterlife.

“I’m so excited to keep making this show with the incredible cast and crew!
Thank you for making season 3 happen. It’s all because of you,” Robbie shared on Instagram. “WOOOOOOO!”

Robbie Amell wears a gray plaid suit while stepping out for the second season premiere of his hit series Upload held at The West Hollywood EDITION on Tuesday (March 8) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 33-year-old actor was joined on the carpet by his father Rob, as well as his co-stars.

In attendance from the cast were Andy Allo, Chloe Coleman, Zainab Johnson, Allegra Edwards, Owen Daniels, Kevin Bigley, Chris Williams, Andrea Rosen and Josh Banday.

Also showing their support were Isabela Merced, Madi Monroe and Harry Jowsey.

Robbie Amell has an amazing update for fans of his Prime Video series Upload!

The 32-year-old actor, who stars as Nathan Brown, shared on Instagram that filming on the second season has begun.

“Upload Season 2. Day 1,” he captioned a photo with his co-stars.

Also back for season two are Andy Allo as Nora, Allegra Edwards as Ingrid, Kevin Bigley as Luke, Zainab Johnson as Aleesha and Owen Daniels as AI Guy.

“YOU ASKED FOR IT!!! Upload Season 2. Day 1,” Zainab captioned the pic on her account.

“Day One of Week One of Episode One of Season 2! @uploadonprime,” Allegra added on hers.

Upload premiered during the pandemic in May 2020 and was such a big hit that it was renewed for season two a week later.

The series follows a young app developer, Nathan Brown, who winds up in the hospital following a self-driving car accident, needing to quickly decide his fate. After a rushed deliberation with his shallow girlfriend Ingrid, he chooses to be uploaded to her family’s luxurious virtual afterlife, the Horizen company’s “Lakeview.”

Once uploaded in Lakeview, Nathan meets his customer service “Angel” Nora Anthony, who at first is his charismatic concierge and guide, but quickly becomes his friend and confidante, helping him navigate this new digital extension of life.

All ten episodes of Upload‘s first season are available to stream on Prime Video. Can’t wait for season two!

Hailee Steinfeld looks amazing with curls in her hair on the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie Pitch Perfect 3 on Tuesday (December 12) in Hollywood.

The event took place at the Dolby Theatre, the same place where the Oscars took place. If you didn’t realize, Hailee is a former Oscar nominee!
