Anjelika Washington, Quavo, Tristan Mack Wilds and Koryn Hawthorne are all set to star in the upcoming comedy movie Praise This!

The group joins Chloe Bailey in the upcoming Universal feature, Deadline reports.

“This one is gonna be fun😜🎉🥰,” Anjelika shared on Instagram.

Praise This is a music competition comedy set in the world of youth choirs, with Chloe starring as the newest member of a community’s church choir who pushes her members in a hipper musical direction and whose involvement with an irreverent hip-hop star may kick off—or jeopardize—her own musical career.

We’re finally getting our first look at the upcoming third season of DC’s Stargirl season three!

The cast has been wrapped on the season since March, and the show is not even set to return until this fall.

In the new teaser trailer shared this week, we get a tease about the return of Joel McHale‘s Sylvester Pemberton / Starman, who they “all thought he was dead.”

Tall Girl 2 is out now and we are getting to know more about Anjelika Washington!

The actress portrays Fareeda in the new Netflix sequel, Jodi’s best friend.

Of her character and her journey in the movie, Anjelika recently told Screen Rant, “I’ve always played Fareeda as this uber confident girl; that best friend who will pull you up and remind you who you are, and be like, ‘Girl, get it together. You are stunning. You are amazing. You’re smart, you’re whatever.’ And for the first time, we see Fareeda doubt herself a little bit, and I think that’s just a very interesting moment.”

Griffin Gluck displays his shaved head while attending a screening of his new movie Tall Girl 2 held at Bay Theater in Pacific Palisades, Calif., on Friday night (February 11).

The actor was joined by his co-stars Ava Michelle, Luke Eisner, Anjelika Washington, Clara Wilsey, Jan Luis Castellanos and Angela Kinsey at the screening, which took place on release day!

Also in attendance was Ava‘s boyfriend Bryan Pearn and Griffin‘s family, Angela‘s daughter Isabel and stepson Jack, as well as the movie’s director Emily Ting.

Over the weekend, the movie reached the No 1 spot on Netflix, and at the time of this post, currently sits at No 5.

“ahhhh #1 movie on @netflix today!!!!! so grateful for the overwhelming love and support on this film❤️,” Ava shared on Instagram.

Anjelika also celebrated, writing, “Last night✨✨✨ thank you @netflix & #wonderland for an amazing night with my Tall Girl 2 family 💕 we hit that #1 spot again!!! Thank you all for watching 🥰🎉🥂”
