Not only for the cuteness – because Corey and his fam took August and his younger bro, Ocean, out for a little birthday event – but also for just how much they’ve grown up since GMW!
The young celebs were given a hands-on demo on the Surface devices and a variety of software featured on them including Scriptation and Office 365 as well as games such as Minecraft.
August Maturo is taking the horror route and making his film debut in The Nun.
Variety reports that the Girl Meets World alum will star opposite Demian Bichir and Taissa Farmiga in the movie.
The Nun will centers on Demain‘s character, who travels to Rome to investigate the killing of a nun.
The demon nun, a manifestation of the evil spirit Valak, came to life in The Conjuring 2 from a painting by paranormal investigator Ed Warren and later attacked Lorraine Warren.
The upcoming horror movie will debut on July 13th.
Gifted actress Mckenna Grace sent her birthday wishes to Rowan as well.
“Hey u,” Sabrina captioned the photo below, which she shared on Twitter. “How’d u get all sixteen ?? happy birthday row … love u @RowanBlanchard.”
“The greatest gift GMW gave me was you @rowanblanchard,” August added on Instagram, along with a super sweet pic of the duo. “Happy Sweet 16 to my big sister for ever and ever. I love you so much!”
What else could explain the fact that he totally knew the show would last for three seasons?
The 10-year-old posted an unpublished interview to Twitter in honor of his on-screen dad Ben Savage‘s birthday.
In the video, August is only six, and he’s seriously adorable. He says he is “maybe” a better actor than Ben, and then reveals — with absolute certainty — that he is “gonna be ten when the show is gonna be done.”
“I don’t know which year, it’s gonna be like 2017 or something” August continues, adamant.
Ben and Danielle Fishel laugh, but they should have taken him more seriously. The show was cancelled in 2017, when he was ten.
