Dove Cameron dons a gray striped suit while attending the 2023 BMI Pop Awards held at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel on Tuesday (May 9) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 27-year-old singer and actress was one of the Songwriters and Publishers of the Most-Performed Songs of the Year for her song “Boyfriend.”
Songs honored “received the most performances on terrestrial radio, satellite radio, and digital streaming services over the past year.”
Also in attendance was her “We Go Down Together” collaborator Khalid, who was received the BMI Champion Award!
Others attending and being honored for Songwriters and Publishers of the Most-Performed Songs of the Year include GAYLE (“abcdefu”), Tyler Cole (“Meet Me At Our Spot”), Lauren Spencer Smith (“Fingers Crossed”), and Benson Boone (“Ghost Town”). Khalid‘s song with Marshmello, “Numb,” was also honored.

Becky G and Taylor Swift were among the big winners on Monday evening (March 27) at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards held at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
During the show, Becky G was awarded Latin Pop/Reggaeton Song of The Year for her song “MAMIII” with Karol G, while Taylor picked up the most awards of the night, with six wins.
The 33-year-old entertainer won iHeartRadio Innovator, Pop Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Lyrics, Favorite Use of a Sample and TikTok Bop of the Year.
Also stepping out at the iheartRadio Music Awards were Madison Beer, Ice Spice, Coco Jones, Big Time Rush‘s James Maslow, Kendall Schmidt and Logan Henderson, Alex Warren and Kouvr Annon, Benson Boone, Max Ehrich, Emma Slater, Delilah Belle and Jax, who won the Best New Pop Artist award and performed her hit “Victoria’s Secret.”
During her Song of the Year acceptance speech, Taylor revealed that she didn’t think “Anti-Hero” would be a hit song, but she chose it as the lead single from Midnights because she liked it the most. Check out her speech here!

While Beyoncé is dominating the conversation this week, and rightfully so because Renaissance is incredible, there are other artists who dropped new music this week.
Hailee Steinfeld returned with her new single “Coast” featuring Anderson .Paak.
Hayley Kiyoko dropped her second album Panorama, which features 12 tracks that she co-wrote and produced.
Teen Wolf and He’s All That actor Andrew Matarazzo also returned with a brand new song, “If I Moved Away,” a heartfelt ballad about friends growing apart and feeling lonely in a big city.
