Olivia Rodrigo finally got the chance to perform with Billy Joel after name-checking him in one of her hit songs!
The 19-year-old Grammy-winning singer made a surprise appearance at his concert at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night (August 24) in New York City.
Olivia performed two songs with Billy – her hit song “Deja Vu” and his classic hit “Uptown Girl.”
In Olivia‘s song, she sings, “I’ll bet that she knows Billy Joel / ‘Cause you played her ‘Uptown Girl’ / You’re singing it together / Now I bet you even tell her / How you love her / In between the chorus and the verse.”
