“We are blown away by the reaction to our new direction,” The Vampsexclusively told us. “We weren’t sure how our collaboration with Norwegian tropical house wizard Matoma would be received, but three months and a quarter of a billion streams later, we feel like it is working well.”
The band also hinted that their next single – which has yet to be announced – will follow in the footsteps of “All Night”. The sure-to-be smash song will have another cool DJ feature and will drop before the end of the month.
“You know what they say, if you can’t join them, beat them. (I’m aware thats not the saying but they genuinely wouldn’t let me join them, they kinda gave me a trial run for a day but apparently when I changed all their socials to ‘The Camps’ that was the last straw,” Conor wrote.” So, me and The Vamps have gone head to head… who comes out on top? YOU DECIDE!!……unless you say The Vamps, then your opinion is irrelevant.”
The Vamps hit the red carpet as they arrive at the InStyle EE Rising Star Awards on Wednesday night (February 1) at the Ivy Brasserie in London, England.
The two Vamps band mates — who are both on separate holidays — were loving Ed Sheeran‘s brand new songs a ton and recorded covers of them for their fans.
While Brad chose “Shape Of You”, James picked out “Castle On The Hill”.
“New favourite song. #CastleOnTheHill @edsheeran,” James proclaimed on Twitter before sharing his cover.
You can check them both out below and also watch Connor Ball‘s cover of NEIKED’s “Sexual”.

The Vamps performed a cover of Fifth Harmony‘s hit song “That’s My Girl” for BBC Radio 1 and it’s getting a lot of mixed reviews from fans.
While some Harmonizer’s think the cover is great, a lot of fans don’t think the boys did the song justice.
Some fans even think the group might be purposely causing drama with Fifth Harmony! In case you forgot, Lauren Jauregui used to date front man Brad Simpson and it doesn’t seem like things ended so well.
