PM just released their “Parking Spot” music video on the same day as the EP, and you can watch it right here. It features the guys, along with actress and model Alexia Castillo as the carnival girl.
“We are super excited to show the world how hard we have been working, not only on ourselves, but on the new music that is to come,” the guys previously said about their new music. “We decided we needed a full reset to re-evaluate our goals and what success looks like to us. We are producing and writing all this music from a real and mature place and authenticity is driving the ship. We owe it to the fans for waiting this long, but now the wait is over and well worth it!”
“new label. new music. new everything. PRETTYMUCH 2.0 coming 2021 🔥 don’t call it a comeback,” PRETTYMUCH wrote on Instagram.
“We‘re beyond excited to finally announce our new partnership with Sire Records and to turn the page to the next chapter of our careers as artists,” they said in a statement. “We’ve taken the past year to redefine ourselves—individually and collectively—and to take the driver’s seat in all things creative.”
“Already, the collaborative spirit and energy we’ve felt with the new team has given us the confidence and the motivation to strive for bigger and better ideas we didn’t know were attainable, and most importantly, they’ve let us be authentic to ourselves in the process,” the guys continued. “We can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on with the world, but don’t call it a comeback… for us, this is just the beginning.”
“We are thrilled to welcome PRETTYMUCH to our Sire Records family. They are true quadruple threats – impressive singers, songwriters and producers, and captivating performers – who have put in the hard work over the past 3 years to build a strong fan base, Now it’s their time to thrive. Sonny Takhar, Mitch Eisner, and the team at KYN are incredible partners, and we can’t wait to share PRETTYMUCH’s new music with the world,” Rani Hancock, President of Sire Records, added.
People are practicing “Social Distancing” to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
While many people are staying home and figuring out what to do, a lot are taking to social media to share how they’re passing the time.
We’ve been seeing a lot of celebs trying to remain positive while being self quarantined and some are even using the time to make TikTok videos!
Ashley Tisdale shared a new video where she recreates the “We’re All In This Together” finale dance from the first High School Musical movie, and we’re going to need this to become a challenge with more people following suit!
“If you need to work out while on #selfquarantine try this 😂 hopefully this will brighten your day a little!” she captioned the clip on Instagram.
Brandon took the first question and revealed the first time he was ever recognized in public.
“One of the first ones I can remember is actually being in Target,” he said. “Yeah I was in Target, I was grabbing stuff for the house, actually and I was so thrown off because somebody called my name and I thought it was somebody, like a friend I knew, and then when they asked for a picture I was like…oh, this is…I’m supposed to take a picture with you now. So I was probably really awkward.”
The guys also shared their first celebrity encounters, the first bandmate they go to for advice, first celebrity crushes, and more.

During the chat, Brandon revealed that the guys don’t write all of their songs as a group.
“When there’s five people, it’s a little too overwhelming…because we all have ideas…What I love is that everyone brings something different to the table…[For example,] I love working with Austin because he will say something that I would never think of…and then I have a whole new outlook,” he explained.
That doesn’t mean that creating a PRETTYMUCH bop isn’t a group effort though. Edwin added that the guys have all learned a lot from each other as artists since forming the band.
“In the beginning, we all had our strengths and weaknesses but now living together, and pushing each other and motivating each other, we’ve gotten to a point where we’re molding into…my strength…becoming his strength…learning from each other, little by little,” he said.
The EP shares a name with its title track, “Phases,” which PRETTYMUCHreleased as a single last month.
In addition to “Phases,” the band’s new EP marks the debut of five brand new tracks – “Gone 2 Long,” “Eyes Off You,” “Temporary Heart,” “4U,” and “One Shot.”
PRETTYMUCH kicks off their FOMO tour this summer on July 11th in Dallas, Texas.
