The two were joined by cast mates Logan Lerman and Douglas Smith on set.
New costar Leven Rambin even stopped by with some goodies even though it was her day off.
Sea of Monsters chronicles Percy’s rescue of satyr friend Grover from the Cyclops Polyphemus and save Camp Half Blood from a Titan’s attack by bringing the Golden Fleece to cure Thalia’s poisoned pine tree. The film is expected to debut on March 26, 2013.

The Percy Jackson & The Olympians trio are back in Vancouver to start filming The Sea of Monsters, the second story in the popular “Percy Jackson” book series.
It was recently announced that Paloma Kwiatkowski, Douglas Smith, Anthony Head and Nathan Fillion have joined the cast.
Also spotted on the flight: The Hunger Games‘ Leven Rambin, who shared some laughs with the three as they made their way out of the airport and to waiting cabs.

Anna Kendrick, Nicholas Braun and Brandon T. Jackson all have joined CBS Films’ Get A Job, to be directed by Dylan Kidd.
The film is a “multi-generational comedy about four recent college graduates who discover that their lofty expectations and the realities of adulthood are two very different things,” a press release reads (via Deadline).
Anna, 26, plays Jillian Stewart, Will’s (Miles Teller) type-A girlfriend, who lives her life according to the strictest of plans.
Nick, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Brandon will play Will’s three friends, Charlie, Ethan and Luke, respectively, each of whom find careers with some interesting results.
The flick is set to begin production today in Los Angeles.

The new trio recently chatted with CinemaBlend and sounded off on reading the book before the script and how it really was working with Uma Thurman and Pierce Brosnan. Check it:
Alexandra on working in front of a green screen for most of the time: “It’s a little like being a kid again. You get to use your imagination. You can imagine the monster as big and scary as you want it to be. It’s a lot of fun. It’s really amazing to see what you imagined brought to screen.”
Logan on working big name actors like Pierce, Uma and Kevin McKidd: “I’ve always put it this way; acting for me is like a kid walking into a playground and, you know, these great actors like Pierce and Uma and these people that are so seasoned and so talented, they have a huge playground. And going into a scene there’s so much to explore with them because they have many places to go. So it’s just a lot of fun to see your heroes and work with them.”
Brandon on reading the book and then developing his character of Grover: “I have two little sisters who are obsessed with ‘Percy Jackson’ and I told them that I’m just auditioning for Grover and they went totally crazy and that’s when I read the book. I’m going through the book and going through the book and just trying to hurry up and learn it and I feel in love with it. Then I read the script; I feel in love with the script too. So it was like the way I developed the character. And Chris [Columbus] did a great job with helping me develop Grover because in the book he’s real timid and he’s real kind of nervous and I wanted to play him a little cooler. A little bit more swag, as we say.”

Logan opened up to Access Hollywood recently about more details of the flick, plus a little about his Spider Man potential. Check it:
On the fan phenomenon Percy is slated to become: “I didn’t focus on that at all. It didn’t really even cross my mind a little bit. I just spent so much time making sure that Percy was a character. It’s not me playing Percy… I can separate myself from him. I changed a lot of the characteristics myself to make sure that he can stand on his own. Do I want it to be as successful and do I want it to be as loved as the Harry Potter and Twilight films are? Yeah, of course! But you can only hope, I just did my part and tried to make a good film and all that.”
On the talked about romance between Annabeth and Percy: “I can’t give any of that away, I don’t want to spoil anything in the movie or any plots. But there is romance in the movie, I will definitely tell you that.”
On being in talks with Sony about Spider Man 4: “It’s one of my favorite characters ever and I’m a huge fan of the series. I’d love to have more conversations about it. I’m definitely very interested in it. It’s just, you know, conversations are starting. It’s a long process with the studio and the producers and everything. But it’s definitely a project that I’m really interested in, of course. I’d love to focus on the human element a little bit more. It’d be such a fun experience.”
