Candice Glover has already set a release date for her much-anticipated debut album!

The 23-year-old American Idol winner’s record Music Speaks will drop on July 16th. We can’t wait to get it!

“I’ve built a fan base being on this show, and my fan base is interested in me now and they won’t see me every Wednesday and Thursday anymore to admire my singing, so I think it’s a good thing it’s coming out this summer,” Candice recently told the AP.

You can also catch Candice on the Idol tour, which starts on June 29th in St. Louis, Mo!

Candice Glover rocks purple streaks in her hair as she leaves the Live with Kelly & Michael studios after a performance and interview on Monday morning (May 20) in New York City.

The 23-year-old American Idol winner sang her brand new single “I Am Beautiful.”

That same day, Idol runner-up Kree Harrison was seen laughing as she headed to an appearance on Good Day New York.

“I’ve ever been to NY before! Crazy I know. Any suggestions on fun stuff to do?” Candice, the American Idol winner, tweeted after landing.

In case you missed the exciting news, Kree, 23, will be making her Grand Ole Opry debut on June 4th!

“I’m speechless. It has been my lifelong dream to perform at the Grand Ole Opry. I am so honored to be invited!” she shared in a statement.

FYI: Kree is also pictured taping an appearance for Extra at The Grove on Friday afternoon (May 17).

The 23-year-old singer took on U2‘s “One,” Emeli Sande‘s “Next To Me,” and “Somewhere” from West Side Story.

After her final performance, she received a standing ovation from all four judges. “Four words,” Nicki Minaj told her. “See you next week!”

Candice Glover gets a yummy looking cake during her hometown welcoming over the weekend in St. Helena Island, South Carolina.

The 23-year-old American Idol finalist admitted to People that she left the stress behind for the weekend home. But it quickly returned.

“During the concert and the parade, when I got to just sit in the car and see the people, I put aside the show completely and I wasn’t stressed,” she shared.

Candice continued, “We have three songs to sing this week but that wasn’t on my mind at all but the minute we got back to California I was feeling it again.”
