Just a day after her mother, Carrie Fisher, passed away from cardiac arrest, her grandmother, Singin’ In The Rain star Debbie Reynolds, has also died from a stroke.
“NO!!! @DebbieReynolds1 stay strong!!! sending prayers and love to the Fisher and Lourd families in this difficult time,” Faking It‘s Katie Stevens shared on Twitter.
She continued, “I can’t believe it. Debbie Reynolds was such an inspiration to me. I used to watch Singing In The Rain on repeat.”
Liz Gillies added, “This is so devastating. I don’t even know.”

The world is in mourning following the death of legendary Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher and her Force Awakens co-star John Boyega has paid tribute to her in a new statement.
“My heart is heavy but I’m grateful that I got to know her. I’ll cherish the memories, conversations and her consistent support. Rest well,” the 24-year-old actor posted on Instagram with a cute photo of him and Carrie on the red carpet.
John, who played Finn in the movie, also shared a photo of him on stage with Carrie at Star Wars Celebration and captioned it with a simple heart emoji.

The 24-year-old Scream Queens actor took to his Instagram to pen a sweet note to Billie.
“This girl is one of the strongest, most fearless individuals I’ve ever met. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. I’m lucky to know you @praisethelourd .. <3, me," he wrote.
Taylor also included an adorable photo of the rumored couple, who were all smiles during a previous hang session.
Billie and Taylor sparked dating rumors when their co-star Keke Palmer shared a Snapchat video of the couple kissing.
Billie Lourd is receiving major support from the cast of Scream Queens after the tragic death of her mother, Carrie Fisher.
Her co-stars Lea Michele, Ariana Grande, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Glen Powell both took to social media after news broke that the Star Wars actress had passed.
“My heart today.. I love you Billie,” Lea tweeted with a heart emoji.

We are so sad to report that Billie Lourd‘s mother, longtime actress Carrie Fisher, has sadly passed away.
She was 60 years old and, of course, best known for her work as Princess Leia in the Star Wars franchise.
“It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning,” family spokesman Simon Halls told JJJ. “She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly. Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.”
Carrie had a “massive heart attack” during a flight right before Christmas.
