Amazing news for Chad Michael Murray – his wife Sarah Roemer gave birth to a baby boy!
The 33-year-old actor told his fans about the great news via his Twitter account when he was explaining his absence from an event.
“Sry I’m missin @JimKellyInc charity this year in Buffalo. My fav event 2 attend, but we’ve been blessed with a son. Gods greatest gift,” Chad tweeted. “Sarah & I couldn’t b happier & intend 2 spend many a day having family adventures & watching @buffalobills football! & also @Chargers now”
In case you didn’t know, Jim Kelly is a former Buffalo Bills quarterback and Chad is a huge Bills fan! Congrats to the happy couple on the wonderful news!

The 33-year-old actor opened up about transitioning from One Tree Hill‘s Lucas Scott to Marvel’s Agent Carter‘s Jack Thompson and his dreams of being on The Big Bang Theory one day. Check it:
On Lucas and Jack: “The Marvel family are just the best people to work with; they really embrace everyone that works for them and the environment is incredible. Lucas was the moral compass of the show, and at times it can get a little trying as an actor because you can’t really go off the beaten path. He always does do the right thing, whereas you never know what to expect with Jack; he could surprise you at any given moment, and I love that. I love that aspect of having a character that has a dark side to him, has a drive, an ambition that will not always make him do the right thing to get to the top. Everything he’s doing is for the greater good, and that’s what I do love about Jack. His center is right…he just has a funny way of getting there.”
On The Big Bang Theory: “I would [be on the show] in a heartbeat, I absolutely would. I mean, I think everyone wants their own Sheldon to hang out with. All the guys are at the bar, Leonard and his group, and they see some guy who they think is cool and they’re like ‘Okay, lets befriend him.’ Then they think, ‘Oh my god, we’re hanging out with the cool guy who can get us girls and improve our social status.’ However, in reality, he’s a bigger nerd than all of them put together.”

Chad recently slipped about their future baby’s gender during an interview.
“I’m a respect first kind of guy, so I think certain things that I want my son to have is just respect and just to be a kind human being. I’m a big sports guy, an outdoorsy guy, so I’ll be having him fishing at 5, 6…to take him kayaking and hiking. I just keep thinking in my head, just trying to create 6-foot-5 quarterback,” Chad shared to E! News.

The 33-year-old actor co-stars with the 30-year-old actress on their Crackle series Chosen, but let’s get to know her a bit more with these five facts:
- Sarah is an actress and model from San Diego, Calif.
- She is probably best known for her role opposite Shia LaBeouf in the 2007 thriller Disturbia.
- Other credits include 2006′s The Grudge 2, 2009′s Fired Up!, and a starring role in the short-lived NBC series The Event.
- She was once romantically linked to Drew Barrymore‘s husband Will Kopelman.
- She does has a Twitter account @sarahroemer. Her last tweet was on New Year’s Day and read, “Thankful for 2014 and excited for what’s to come. I wish everyone a wonderful and blessed 2015!!”
