The 22-year-old wildlife conservationist gave birth on Thursday (March 25) to a beautiful little girl.
“March 25, 2021. Celebrating the two loves of my life. Happy first wedding anniversary to my sweetheart husband and day of birth to our beautiful daughter. ❤️ Grace Warrior Irwin Powell. Our graceful warrior is the most beautiful light. Grace is named after my great-grandmother, and relatives in Chandler’s family dating back to the 1700s. Her middle names, Warrior Irwin, are a tribute to my dad and his legacy as the most incredible Wildlife Warrior. Her last name is Powell and she already has such a kind soul just like her dad. There are no words to describe the infinite amount of love in our hearts for our sweet baby girl. She chose the perfect day to be born and we feel tremendously blessed,” Bindi shared on her Instagram, along with the first photos of her daughter.

You have a big life ahead of you and no matter what, you will be surrounded by a whole lot of love. Bindi and Chandler are also celebrating their wedding anniversary, as they got married exactly one year before the birth, on March 25, 2020. They then announced in August that they were expecting.
Uncle Robert Irwin also shared his excitement for his new niece.
“Let the uncle adventures begin! Love you so much, Grace ❤️ This little one picked the two best parents in the entire world. The most incredible, caring and strong Mum… and the funnest, coolest and kindest Dad. Love you three so much – I can’t wait for this exciting journey ahead!” he shared on Instagram.

The now 17-year-old was joined by mom Terri, pregnant sister Bindi and brother-in-law Chandler Powell for the group photo with his sloth birthday cake.
For his special day, the crew at the zoo surprised Robert with a special video of his dad, the late Steve Irwin, talking about passing on the family legacy.
“Our lovely Australia Zoo crew made this beautiful video to celebrate my birthday, and it means the world to me ❤️ I am beyond honoured to continue my dad’s legacy and I hope more than anything that he would be proud. I want to thank you for all of your lovely birthday messages and thanks to all who joined us for the celebrations at Australia Zoo today. Looking forward to seeing what this next year brings, in the last year of my childhood!” Robert wrote on Instagram.

The couple announced on Tuesday (August 11) that they are expecting a baby.
“Baby Wildlife Warrior due 2021. Chandler and I are proud to announce that we’re expecting! It’s an honour to share this special moment in our lives with you,” Bindi wrote on Instagram.
“Though I’m still in my first trimester, we really want you to be part of our journey from the beginning of this new life chapter,” she continued. “We couldn’t wait to share the news as this beautiful little being has become the most important part of our lives. Your support means the world to us. Please let me know your best advice and send good vibes & prayers to our little sweetheart. Love & light. ❤️”
“We’re going to be parents!! We have a baby Wildlife Warrior on the way coming in 2021. Becoming a dad is the highlight of my life. I cannot wait to embark on this new adventure and life chapter with my gorgeous wife, @bindisueirwin. Bee, you’re going to be the most amazing mother,” Chandler shared on his account.
Due to the global pandemic and social distancing, the couple decided to continue with their nuptials, but in a very intimate ceremony earlier this year.

During the video, Bindi talks about her late father Steve Irwin, and including him their special day.
“I think that Dad’s with us, too, in a way,” she says. “I think that his spirit lives on in everything that we do, so I feel like he’s going to be there walking beside me and Robert, as we head down that aisle.”
The longtime lovers tied the knot in a private ceremony held at the Australia Zoo on Wednesday (March 25).
Bindi and Chandler still went through with their wedding amid the health crisis, BUT, they had to change all of their plans to not have any guests.
“March 25th 2020 ❤️ We held a small ceremony and I married my best friend. There are no words to describe the amount of love and light in my heart right now. We’ve planned this beautiful day for nearly a year and had to change everything, as we didn’t have guests at our wedding,” Bindi wrote on Instagram. “This was a very difficult decision but important to keep everyone safe. We wish all of our friends and family could have been there with us, however it’s lovely that we will be able to share photos and videos.”
“We’re finally married! ❤️ Today, March 25, 2020, marks the most amazing day of my life. I married my best friend,” Chandler added on his page. “After almost a year of planning, we changed everything so that we could enjoy a safe and small private ceremony at our home, Australia Zoo. As we embark on this new life chapter I hope that we can share some love in the world, especially during this challenging time.”
The Irwin family are remembering the late Steve Irwin this weekend.
The famed Crocodile Hunter would have been 58 years today (February 22) and his children, Bindi and Robert, are paying tribute on his birthday.
“Dad, Today is your birthday. I had an extra strong cup of tea just how you liked it. I hugged Mum for you and told her how much we love her,” Bindi shared on Instagram. “Robert and I went on a hike through the mountains you cherished. I watched one of your documentaries with Chandler and shared stories about you. I walked through your office in the zoo and smiled at our old family photographs. Today and every day I miss you and love you beyond description. You’re always with me. ❤️”
“Family Always ❤️,” Robert simply wrote, along with a family photo.
Bindi‘s fiance Chandler Powell also shared a message for Steve.
“Thank you for inspiring me and the whole world to love all wildlife. You would be so proud of Bindi, Terri and Robert carrying on the amazing work you started. We will all make sure your message lives on for generations❤️🐊,” he wrote on his page.
The 21-year-old conservationist posed with the adorable puppy and Chandler in a cute announcement on Instagram. The two first announced the news in November, however, took the photo down quickly.
“Our dear friend just had puppies & from the moment we looked at pictures of this lovebug we knew she was going to be part of our family,” Bindi shared in the original post, showing off the sleeping puppy in her hands. “Chandler & I are adopting!❤️”
Chandler adds in the new photo with the pup, named Piggy, “Welcoming our newest and cutest family member. Introducing Piggy our gorgeous puppy. Can’t wait to begin the new decade giving this sweetheart the happiest and most loving home🧡 2020 here we come!”
Bindi added a cute reply, saying, “My heart is overwhelmed with so much happiness and love ❤️ Here’s to the next incredible life chapter.”
