Halloween is one of our favorite times of the year and we’re loving all the costumes we’ve already seen this year… including Nina Dobrev dressing up as singer Billie Eilish!
The 30-year-old actress dyed the roots of her hair green to look like the “Bad Guy” singer at a party on Friday night (October 25) at a private residence in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Also in attendance at the party were Eiza Gonzalez as Maleficent, Zoey Deutch showing off some flower power with friend Charlotte Dawes, model Jasmine Tookes as a sexy pirate, and Patrick Schwarzenegger as Austin Powers with girlfriend Abby Champion as a fembot.
