A source told UK’s Daily Star that she’s been dropped because of poor sales of her newest album, Sorry I’m Late.
“It’s no secret how disappointed the label are with the poor performance,” the source said. “Cher‘s lead single flopped too and if she’s not making money for the label it makes no sense to keep her.”

The 20-year-old singer was all over the place this past weekend — performing at a concert, celebrating her upcoming 21st birthday and performing at G-A-Y nightclub.
“It’s something I find very strange, especially from an older gentleman against a young girl,” Cher recently shared about X Factor‘s Louis Walsh comments on her being the most difficult act to work with. “But I’m much older and much more experienced, so it would be good to have a conversation with him now.”
Cher continued, “To make a comment about someone you worked with two or three years ago who was 16 years old at the time, it was a little bit unnecessary. I must be on his mind. Bless.”
