The 31-year-old “Bad Habits” singer shared the exciting news on Instagram on Thursday afternoon (May 19).
“Want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl. We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to be a family of 4 x,” he captioned a photo of a bassinet and socks.
This is of course the second child for Ed and Cherry, who got married in December 2018.
They are also parents to 1.5 year old Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran, who was born in September 2020.
“I’ll sing [my new songs] to my daughter, who’s not my biggest fan. She just cries!” he said in May 2021 of Lyra.

The cute married couple are among many couples from around the world featured in the visual, which also features singer Ella Mai, who sings on the track.
Ed and Cherry can be seen goofing off with food, sharing a kiss and dancing in the cute moment.
“Back in high school, Ed and Cherry were crushing hard. They made out at the castle on the hill. A few years ago they reconnected, there were fireworks. They married in January 2019,” the caption on the video says during their segment towards the end.
“The voice you just fell in love with is Ella Mai. She just swiped right,” the captioned read for Ella‘s moment at the end, before she went off on a date.
Now, Ed has finally confirmed that he got married in a video interview with Charlamagne The God after the release of his No.6 Collaborations Project.
Ed was asked about the lyric, “Watch how the lyrics in the songs might get twisted / My wife wears red, but looks better without the lipstick,” from “Remember the Name” featuring Eminem and 50 Cent.
Ed said about the lyric, “It was actually before me and Cherry got married and I knew that we’d be married by the point that the song came out. [I thought] Someone’s gonna hear that and be like, ‘Oh, they’re married!’ I didn’t know how that would be construed, but obviously it’s already come out.”
