Chris Mason is heading from Beacon Heights to Riverdale!

The former Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists actor has joined the cast of Riverdale for season five, Deadline reports.

Chris will take on the recurring role of “Chad Gekko, Veronica’s (Camila Mendes) controlling and jealous husband who works on Wall Street. An Alpha Dog, Chad is threatened by Veronica’s life in Riverdale, especially her friendship with Archie (KJ Apa).”

Chad’s first appearance will be in episode four on Wednesday, February 10th, when the time jump takes place.

Chris most recently on Dirty John: The Betty Broderick Story as a young Dan Broderick.

Last March, Chris and his wife Spencer Locke revealed they were expecting a baby, and in July, they welcomed their baby girl, Monroe Mason, a month early.

The cast of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists are getting back together!

Evan Bittencourt, Eli Brown, Sofia Carson, Hayley Erin, Chris Mason, Sydney Park, Janel Parrish, Sasha Pieterse, and Kelly Rutherford will all reunite virtually for a good cause.

The cast reunion will benefit Smile Train, an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate.

Great news for Chris Mason and Spencer Locke!!

The couple just announced that baby number one is on the way.

The Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists actor shared a cute quarantine video on Twitter to share the news.

“OUR LIL LADY MASON IN QUARANTINE UNTIL AUGUST!! So happy to share our good news with you all during this time. COULDNT BE PROUDER OF MY WIFE @spencerlocke #baby #goodnews #pregnant,” he captioned the clip.

Chris and Spencer have been married for a little over two years, and this will be the couple’s first baby.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Chris has joined the pilot for a new vampire soap opera. Double Congratulations this month for Chris Mason!

Just recently, I. Marlene King opened up about the mystery around Nolan’s death and just how much we’ll see Chris in the show.

“Nolan won’t be in every episode, like to the extent that Alison was around, but we do keep his character close,” she says. “We’re going to explore life without Nolan. Will everyone be friends now that he’s gone? Because he really didn’t want them to be friends. We talk about that in the next few episodes.”

But what about Taylor? “Someone eventually figures it out and finds her and tries to convince her that she can reintegrate,” Hayley shared.

And she’s got secrets! “Even when you think you know Taylor’s secrets, there are secrets beneath those secrets. That’s what makes her really dangerous. You don’t know if you can trust her.”

Chris Mason is about to be the new hot guy you love to hate on The Perfectionists.

The 28-year-old actor plays Nolan Hotchkiss on the new series, debuting tonight, and as we learned from this promo, his character totally had it coming.

You’ve probably seen Chris before, but just can’t place him, right? Well, he was in BBC’s Broadchurch with Oscar winner Olivia Colman, and also starred in Legend and Vampire Academy, too.

Most recently, you probably noticed him in The Honor List, opposite Sasha Pieterse.

Chris is married to actress Spencer Locke, and they’ve been stealing our hearts for years with their cute Instagrams and never-ending support of each other. They met on the set of their movie, Mad Genius.

Just recently, Chris shared a cute message to Spencer about her Netflix film, Walk. Ride. Rodeo.

“So PROUD!! My talented wife at tonight’s screening for Walk Ride Rodeo,” he captioned with a pic on his Instagram.

The cast of Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists glam up for this group shot at the premiere of their new show held at Hollywood Athletic Club on Friday (March 15) in Los Angeles.

The new liars – Eli Brown, Sofia Carson, Hayley Erin, Graeme Thomas King, Chris Mason, Sydney Park, Kelly Rutherford, Evan Bittencourt, Noah Gray-Cabey, and Garret Wareing – were joined by returning PLL cast members Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish.

The Perfectionists is introducing us to Nolan Hotchkiss, aka, the hottie that gets murdered in the premiere episode of the series.

Played by Chris Mason, the new visual reveals that the heir to the family empire was a huge manipulator, and he somehow has blackmail in his back pocket on just about everyone.

Nolan is described as a “natural born leader”, and although he puts an image of a golden boy, he uses his friends and family to maintain his image.

He’s also not a big fan of authority figures or the word “no”.
