Melissa Benoist wears her signature glasses while filming her hit show Supergirl on Monday afternoon (November 16) in Downtown Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old actress was joined on set by her co-star Chyler Leigh.

According to TV Line, Supergirl‘s ratings went up, drawing in 7.9 million total viewers and a 1.8 rating. Congrats to the cast and crew!

“My opinion: @chy_leigh is amazing. She makes me cry in this ep. #Supergirl,” Melissa tweeted that night.

Melissa Benoist and Jeremy Jordan take the stage for the Supergirl panel discussion held during the CBS portion of the 2015 Summer TCA Tour at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (August 10) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The duo was joined by their co-stars Calista Flockhart, Mehcad Brooks, David Harewood, and Chyler Leigh.

Executive producers Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Sarah Schechter were also in attendance.

The 26-year-old actress, who you know from her work on Glee, stepped out at Lincoln Center with fellow castmate Chyler Leigh as well. The trailer for the show was just released so make sure to watch it!
