The Disney-owned network is no longer moving forward with two of it’s biggest dramas – Good Trouble and Cruel Summer, THR reports.
The Fosters spinoff and the anthology series were the only Freeform originals left at the network that had yet to be renewed or canceled.

Lexi Underwood is officially out of her teens!
The Cruel Summer season two star turned 20 years old on Monday (August 28) and she’s been celebrating in Las Vegas with friends.
Among those friends were her Cruel Summer co-stars Lisa Yamada and Sadie Stanley, and they had dinner at Black Tap at The Venetian on Sunday night (August 27).

Cruel Summer season two has come to an end and the truth about Luke’s killer has been revealed!
Airing Monday night (July 31), the conclusion to the second season of the hit Freeform anthology series saw timelines colliding, friendships imploding, new evidence emerging and the shocking truth was revealed … in more ways than one.
Throughout the season, everything led up to finding out who killed Luke (Griffin Gluck) and the finale was full of shocking reveal after reveal!
“I hope [the viewers] have a really good time,” showrunner Elle Triedman told People. “It’s been fun for me to watch people looking for clues and coming up with theories along the way … I love a good murder mystery. I think it’s also a nice time capsule of the late 90s. It’s a time without cellphones. It’s a very different world.”

It’s nearly hard to believe it’s already here, but the season two finale of Cruel Summer has arrived!
This season took on a whole new storyline set in the waterfront town of Chatham, Washington., centered around Y2K.
Continuing the theme of three different timelines, season two tracked the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.
