Rachel Zegler and Sutton Foster have a laugh while sitting front row at the Michael Kors Collection Fall/Winter ’23 fashion show on Wednesday (February 15) in New York City.
If you recall, Rachel asked Steven Spielberg to allow her to do her high school musical, Shrek the Musical, where she played Fiona, before doing West Side Story. Sutton also played Fiona in Shrek the Musical, but in the original Broadway cast!
Speaking of musicals, also in attendance at the fashion show were Funny Girl‘s Lea Michele and Schmigadoon‘s Alan Cumming and Jane Krakowski, as well as Maddie Ziegler, K-pop star Dahyun, KiKi Layne, Ella Hunt, Molly Ringwald, Mindy Kaling, Emma Brooks and Leni Klum.
Recently, the trailer for Rachel‘s upcoming movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods was released, and she just opened up about getting the call she was cast.
“When I got the phone call from [director] David Sandberg, I thought he was my GrubHub delivery driver. I answered after one ring. And he said that’s the fastest anyone’s ever answered the phone,” she revealed to Den of Geek.
