The 14-year-old “Damn Daniel” star went without his claim-to-fame white Vans for the day, wearing tan boots instead while hanging out with his friends.
Just last month, Daniel and Josh were spotted all suited up for the 2016 Webby Awards in Los Angeles, where Tyler Oakley picked up the Best Web Personality award.

The 27-year-old Amazing Race star and YouTube phenomenon was presented with the Best Web Personality award that night by Damn Daniel‘s Daniel Lara and Josh Holz.
“Monkey covering eyes emoji. Thanks,” Tyler said in his five-word acceptance speech.

The 14-year-old viral star was joined by his friend Josh Holz, the creator of the original “Damn Daniel” video, as they talked to Ellen about being correspondents for her at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.

The 14-year-old Internet star was joined on the carpet by Josh Holz, his friend who originally posted the video.
Daniel and Josh are covering the red carpet and awards show on the Ellen DeGeneres Show’s Snapchat account.
Ellen wrote on Twitter, “Hey, everybody! The @DamnDaniel boys are taking over my Snapchat at the daaamn MTV Movie Awards.”
Daniel made sure to wear white vans for the special occasion, of course!

The 14-year-old high school student was joined by his pal Josh Holz, who was the one who originally posted the viral videos of Daniel.
“We thought it was important to do some charity work and give back to the local community,” Daniel told the Los Angeles Daily News. “We’re enjoying it. We’re enjoying being here. This is a great experience.”
Daniel and Josh handed out 100 pairs of Vans, which were donated by the shoe company.
