Danielle Panabaker is officially a mom!

The 32-year-old The Flash actress and her husband Hayes Robbins just announced the arrival of their first child.

Danielle took to her Instagram to share the exciting news, posting a photo of her baby bump.

“This was good but holding you in my arms is an indescribable feeling. Happy to announce that our baby was born and we are safe, happy, and healthy at home ❤️,” Danielle wrote.

Danielle Panabaker thinks it might be time to change the name of the Arrowverse!

The 32-year-old The Flash actress recently commented on the possibility of altering the name of the extended universe of DC Comics-inspired programming after the conclusion of Arrow.

“If it’s been called the Arrowverse, what’s it going to be called now? The Flashverse?” Danielle said in a recent TV Guide video.

While the idea of changing the name of the Arrowverse has been around since the show’s finale was announced, it seems likely that the name will stay the same, if Stephen Amell has anything to do with it!

“I think that kind of by definition once our show is done then in my opinion it…Grant [Gustin] as Barry Allen becomes the central point in the universe for sure and he’ll do a great job with it. Just don’t start calling it the Flashverse…just keep calling it the Arrowverse. But you know, there will always be…we just happened to be first,” Stephen said during an expo last year (via ComicBook.com)

The Arrow series finale airs TONIGHT at 9 PM on the CW.

Danielle Panabaker is dishing on how her pregnancy will tie into her role on The Flash!

The 32-year-old actress announced the exciting news on Instagram earlier this month, and is now opening up if her character will also become pregnant.

“I don’t think Caitlin is going to have a baby,” she revealed to ET. “I think the intention is sort of to ignore my rapidly growing size.”

Danielle added that they are definitely going to have work on hiding her growing bump.

“It’s been done before and I have complete faith that it will be done again, so hopefully it won’t be too obvious,” she said.

Ultimately, she’s not entirely sure whether it will 100% be addressed or not yet.

“I mean, it’s not up to me. It’s up to the writers,” Danielle continued. “I told them when I was pregnant and sort of left it up to them to make a plan of however they wanted to [handle it], and I think they have a great vision for the rest of the season.”

“It is nice though that Killer Frost’s clothes are a little bit looser than Caitlin’s were. That’s for sure,” she added.

Danielle Panabaker pulls double duty on The Flash tonight as she directed the episode!

The 32-year-old actress recently opened up about co-star Grant Gustin getting to do some comedy.

“Grant‘s so incredibly talented and, particularly this season as they’re preparing for Crisis, we haven’t gotten to see a ton of levity from him,” she said, via TV Guide. “And so to really give him the opportunity… to really lean into the comedy there was, I think, fun for him. There were some stunts that I had not intended for him to do and he got on stage and he was like, ‘Well, can I do that?’ And I was like, ‘That’s not up to me!’ So you know, I think he was really enjoying himself.”

Showrunner Eric Wallace also dished on her directing skills.

“She is a terrific director, and I can say that with confidence because I saw her in action. She was so prepared. She knew exactly what she was doing; shot construction, working with the DP, working with the actors, having things cut in her head,’ he said. “I would be not surprised at all to see her directing many more episodes of the show. She just did a terrific job, and I’m super happy.”

“Eating for two ;),” she captioned a pic in her kitchen.

This will be Danielle and her husband got married in the summer of 2017 after getting engaged a year earlier.

Danielle Panabaker is ready to direct more on The Flash!

While at Comic-Con last weekend, the 31-year-old actress spoke to press and revealed what’s most challenging as a director and that she’s going to do more in season six.

My feet hurt. My feet really hurt. It’s a lot of time on your feet, but I’m directing again this season, which I’m really excited about and hopefully I’ll learn more,” Danielle said.

Danielle previously directed the 18th episode of season five, titled, “Godspeed”.

The two stars were joined by their co-stars Hartley Sawyer, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanagh, and Carlos Valdes for the meet and greet event with fans.

Just after the show’s panel earlier in the day, Candice and Grant opened up about the future of WestAllen and how you shouldn’t be worried about them splitting up at all.

“We’re pretty much still dealing with the shock of it [losing Nora], and Barry is trying aggressively to be optimistic and move forward and probably, to a fault, not dealing with it in all the way he should be dealing with it,” Grant shares about what’s going on in the couple’s lives right now.

Candice added, “I think you’ll see kind of early on, Iris kind of questions how they’re both dealing with it. They really talk about what the appropriate way is to kind of grieve Nora so that they can move forward in a positive way and get back to Team Flash, and do it in a way so that they can sustain themselves as a married couple.”

And if you’ve been worried about a divorce coming, don’t – “There’s tension, but we are coming closer in some ways too,” Grant says.

“It’s good marital tension, where it’s like, you’re not afraid of them getting divorced, but they’ve got stuff to work out, you know?” Candice shared.
