Darci Lynne Farmer got a huge surprise at her Ryman Auditorium concert this past weekend!
The 13-year-old ventriloquist and singer got a visit from country music star Keith Urban and his wife Nicole Kidman.
“I can’t believe @KeithUrban and #NicoleKidman came to my show at @theryman this weekend!! You guys are the NICEST people ever thank you so much for coming!!” she wrote on Twitter.
The trio of performers took a nice pic with smiles, and also go in a silly face picture. Check out the pics below!
“Thank you so much Nashville!! We had such a fun time performing for you all in this awesome city! Till next time,” Darci Lynne shared after her shows at the Ryman and the Grand Ole Opry over the weekend.

In a new interview, the reigning America’s Got Talent champ opened up about her love for the series and would love to meet the cast.

Darci Lynne Farmer has left Petunia behind for her next gig.
The 13-year-old ventriloquist and reigning America’s Got Talent champion teased her new role on social media this afternoon, sharing a cute boomerang from inside a recording booth.

“Working on something exciting today,” she tweeted with a winky emoji. “So excited to lend my voice to the creation of a new TV character!”
We can’t wait to hear which show it is!
Darci Lynne Farmer might have just won America’s Got Talent last year, but she has dreams beyond just being a ventriloquist.
In a recent interview, the reigning champ reveals that while yes, she won the show as a ventriloquist, but she wants to do more than just that.
“I really want to do it all,” Darci shares. “I don’t just want to be known as the puppet girl. I want to be an artist.”
She adds that she loves “acting and would like to do TV shows, movies, Broadway. When I was on AGT, I was also doing musical theater in Oklahoma. It was very fun.”
That sounds like a plan — but she’s only 13, so some of those dreams are on hold for now — especially if she’s planning to stay put in Oklahoma.
“Oklahoma is my home,” Darci adds. “It’s definitely slower paced than California. I have so many friends and family here. My church is here. And I love my school.”
Darci Lynne Farmer had a plan with her prize money from winning America’s Got Talent.
The 13-year-old reigning champion, even before she was announced as the winner, had a plan to get her mom a new dishwasher.
“Ours stinks and it doesn’t work, so we need a new one,” she shared just before the finals.
But it doesn’t seem she actually used the money for anything, other than to give back to her church.
“We were planning on getting my mom a dishwasher, but something better came up,” Darci explained in a new interview with Parade. “GE Appliances has agreed to give my mom a whole kitchen’s worth of new appliances and a washer and dryer and all I need to do is shout them out.”
How amazing is that? Even better, her mom, Misty, totally cried over it.
“We told her the surprise on stage at my Oklahoma show, and she cried,” Darci adds. “I knew that she would.”
Either way, the Farmers are getting a brand new kitchen and that’s a pretty good deal.
Darci Lynne Farmer is a pro ventriloquist, so most words that she has to say through her puppets come kind of easy to her — but that wasn’t always the case.
In a new interview, the reigning America’s Got Talent winner opened up about the one word that was the hardest for her.
“Words with W, M, P, B, all of that jazz,” she shared where some of the hardest. So naturally, “‘Peanut butter’ was [really] hard.”
Darci Lynne also chatted about which of her puppets she relates to the most — and no surprise, it’s Petunia!
“She was shy at first, but she’s definitely come out of her shell,” she shared about the rabbit puppet’s personality. “Petunia is like this small little rabbit, but her big huge voice comes out of her little body.”
Darci Lynne Farmer and Oscar make an appearance on Today to kick off the week on Monday (January 15).
The America’s Got Talent winner stopped by the program to hype up their new nationwide tour, that just started this month.
“I’m super excited for that because all of the tour shows are going to be on the weekend, so I don’t miss school,” Darci Lynne shared during another interview about the Darci Lynne & Friends tour.
She adds, “Right now, I’m kind of fresh and out there, so we thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and get some shows in so people can see me. So many people watched me and were requesting me to come to places.”
“We thought it’d just be nice to just go to a few places so people can get a chance to see me if they didn’t get to come to Vegas or if they’re not coming to Oklahoma.”
