David Dobrik is telling fans to stay away from his home.
The 23-year-old YouTuber took to his Instagram story, saying it’s “scary”.
“Guys. I appreciate you guys so much. I promise!! but plx plx do not come to my house,” he wrote. “Its not fun. Its just awkward. If i see you out and about come say hello!! I love that.”
“But coming to my house is a little scary. Especially cuz everyone is a stranger,” David continued. “And mama Dobrik always says ‘stranger danger’ ❤️❤️❤️”
This isn’t the first time that he has had to tell fans to stop coming to his house. Back in December 2019, he shared videos on Instagram story showing people at his house and telling people not to show up.
“This is crazy that I’m still making these stories, I literally feel like a broken record — I sound like my parents,” David said, via J-14. “But stop coming here, please. I don’t wanna have to move, but this is terrifying.”
He’s also mentioned that he’s looked into moving so people don’t know where he lives.
“Best friends make good times better and hard times easier. 💖 Tag your bestie below to let them know you appreciate them in your life☀️🌻 #nationalbestfriendday #bestfriend,” the Merrell Twins posted on Instagram.

The 23-year-old YouTube personality, who is known for giving back often, opened his wallet to donate to organizations that are helping the movement.
“Yesterday I attended one of the protests in Santa Monica. Feeling the energy of fellow humans demanding to be acknowledged, heard and respected was OVERWHELMINGLY impactful,” David shared on Instagram on Monday (June 1). “Even though I will never be able to fully understand the struggles of black people in our society, I am proud to stand with the black lives matter movement and want to do my part by donating $50,000 to organizations that help the movement.
“There are SOOO MANY different ways a person can get involved and help. If you don’t have the means to donate, you can send out a tweet, talk to a friend, or just lend a listening ear to someone that needs to be heard. Stay safe out there!! #blacklivesmatter,” he added.

David Dobrik is heading under the sea to Bikini Bottom!
The vlogger will be hosting The Stars of SpongeBob Fan Favorites Special, a virtual table read uniting the voices behind the popular SpongeBob Squarepants characters, voice actors Tom Kenny (SpongeBob), Bill Fagerbakke (Patrick), Rodger Bumpass (Squidward), Carolyn Lawrence (Sandy), Clancy Brown (Mr. Krabs) and Mr. Lawrence (Plankton).
“I signed onto this project for the obvious reason that SpongeBob is one of the best shows of all time,” David said in a statement. “I feel that I owe a lot to SpongeBob and all Bikini Bottom for helping me figure out what I thought was funny and entertaining. The show shaped so much of my childhood, so being a part of this special with the entire cast feels like a full circle moment.”
In the special, the cast will recreate the most memorable moments and lines from the show. David will also lead the cast through a lightning round of the best one-liners and iconic quotes, later joining them for a brand-new rendition of the “F.U.N. Song.”
The Stars of SpongeBob Fan Favorites Special will premiere on Friday, June 5th, at 7:00pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon!
The two longtime friends have even played into the rumors from time to time, and the vlogger is laying it all out on the line.
“No, she wishes,” David joked with ET, referring to a line in his last vlog. “No, we’re not hooking up.”
Natalie even replied with an “absolutely not.”
“I think it should be obvious at this point that there’s never going to be a time where Natalie and I ever hook up. Even if this pandemic lasted 25 years and we were stuck inside, it’s never going to happen,” he added.
“I don’t know, I don’t really care. I don’t know… should I have a reaction where I’m upset?” David said about the constant dating rumors. “The internet is such an obvious place where you make one video with one… it’s always been like this since the beginning of time. You interact with one female or somebody that people will think you’ll cute with and everybody either assumes that you’re dating or they want you date. It’s just how it all works.”
David Dobrik hasn’t been uploading any vlogs while in quarantine, but returned for a special one on Friday (April 24).
The 23-year-old YouTuber shared a new video where he gave back to fans who were in need amid the pandemic.
David, his assistant/BFF Natalie Mariduena and Vlog Squad member Jason Nash drove around Los Angeles in a van handing out video game consoles and merch with $10k checks inside of them, which brought some families to tears. They even gave a few fans new cars!
At the beginning of the video, David joked that he and Natalie had started to hook up during quarantine.
“It’s been awhile, I haven’t posted in a while. I’m still not going to until this is all over. In the meantime, I have been hooking up with Natalie,” David says in the intro.
“It’s not a joke, we seriously have run out of options… All jokes aside…” he added before continuing with the vlog.
